Refund/Returns & Exchanges
We currently do not offer refunds and exchanges.
If your order does become lost in transit and you chose tracked delivery and tracking shows that it has been lost, then we will compensate your order with either a full refund or resend your original order.
If you choose standard delivery without tracking, it is out of our control once your order has been posted. We won't be able to compensate for your loss so we would urge you to choose tracked shipping if this is a concern!
