Shipping Info
We currently offer three types of shipping for domestic (UK), and two types of shipping for international! The courier we are using is Royal Mail.
FOR U.K
- Untracked (1st Class)
- Signed for (1st class)
- Tracked & Signed for (1st Class)
UNTRACKED shipping:
- This is the cheapest option.
- Delivery aim is within 1-2 working days.
- Tracking will not be available and we cannot compensate for lost untracked orders.
Signed for shipping:
- Delivery aim is within 1-2 working days.
- Tracking is not available with this option.
- You will be asked to sign for your parcel and there will be proof of delivery.
- We cannot compensate you if the order has been marked as delivered.
Tracked & signed for shipping (larger orders only):
- Delivery aim is within 1-2 working days.
- Tracking will be available so you can check on your order.
- We will offer a replacement or refund if the order is marked as lost or shows up stuck in the same facility for over a long period of time.
- If your order is marked as delivered, we cannot compensate you but do advise you to contact your local post office for help.
FOR INTERNATIONAL
We currently are not shipping to the EU until further notice. We deeply apologize for this and hopefully we can start delivering to EU soon.
- Standard International (not tracked)
- International Tracked and Signed for (Tracked)
Standard International
- This is the cheapest option for international customers.
- Delivery aim is 7-11 working days.
- Tracking is not available with this option.
- We cannot compensate you for any lost orders with this shipping method.
International Tracked and Signed For
- Delivery aim is 5-7 working days.
- You will be able to track your order and we will also be able to see the progress.
- We will offer a replacement or refund if the order is marked as lost or shows up stuck in the same facility for over a long period of time.
- If your order is marked as delivered, we cannot compensate you but do advise you to contact your local post office for help.
Costs of shipping is calculated at checkout depending on the weight of your order!
After your order has been shipped out, if you have chosen a tracked shipping method, any information regarding your order will be limited to what the courier provides and it is out of our control. Please use your tracking number to locate your order before contacting us of any issues.
During COVID times, there may be slight delays in some deliveries and I cannot guarantee that the suggested delivery aim are correct. We understand that this can be very frustrating and we apologise for the inconvenience! Please be patient and if you have any concerns don't hesitate to contact us, thank you for understanding!
